OnlyFindX is a directory that links to third-party creator platforms. We do not create, produce, or host sexually explicit content on our servers. Where such content exists on the platforms we link to, those platforms are the primary producer and are responsible for maintaining the records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
Scope of this statement
This statement addresses compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (18 U.S.C. § 2257) for content displayed on onlyfindx.com and its subdomains.
OnlyFindX is not a "producer" (primary or secondary) of any depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75. The links, thumbnails, and excerpts displayed on OnlyFindX are either (a) non-explicit profile assets, or (b) content provided by third parties who bear primary responsibility for 2257 compliance.
Third-party content
When OnlyFindX links to a third-party platform or creator page, all performers depicted in content on those platforms were at least 18 years old at the time the content was created. Records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained by the respective platforms and creators. Requests to inspect those records should be directed to the originating platform's designated custodian of records.

If you have a specific question about a creator or piece of content linked from OnlyFindX, please contact us at compliance@onlyfindx.com. We will direct the request to the appropriate record custodian or remove the link where appropriate.
Our ongoing commitments
- We only accept listings for creators who affirm on the originating platform that they are 18 or older.
- We promptly remove any listing if credible evidence suggests the creator or depicted performers were under 18 at the time of the content's creation.
- We cooperate with law-enforcement and regulatory inquiries concerning age verification.
