OnlyFindX is designed to work without an account. You can browse, search, and save creators without giving us personal information. This policy explains what we do collect, why, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

We collect only what's needed to run the Site:

  • Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, requested URL) for security, debugging, and aggregate analytics.
  • Cookie-based preferences such as the language you selected. See our Cookie Policy for details.
  • Form submissions (contact, DMCA, creator requests) containing the data you voluntarily provide.
  • Email addresses of newsletter subscribers, only if you opt in.

Information we do not collect

  • We do not sell personal data — ever.
  • We do not store wishlists server-side. They live in your browser's localStorage and never leave your device.
  • We do not require an account. There is no password to leak.
  • We do not track you across unrelated websites.

How we use your information

Data is used to operate and improve the Site, respond to requests (legal, creator, general), detect abuse, and send newsletter content if you've opted in. We don't use your data for profiling or sell it to advertisers.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (e.g. Cloudflare Analytics, Plausible-style tooling) that record aggregate usage patterns without cross-site tracking or personally identifiable data. Where third-party analytics are used, we list them in our Cookie Policy.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing privacy@onlyfindx.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Form submissions are retained only for as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations (for example, DMCA notices may be retained longer for compliance). Server logs roll off within 60 days.

Children

OnlyFindX is not directed to children under 18. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 18 we will delete it immediately. Contact privacy@onlyfindx.com with any concerns.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page and, where appropriate, via the site footer.
