What we never show: leaked or private content
We never index, host, mirror, or distribute leaks, private messages, subscriber-only posts, or paywalled photos and videos. If that content appears on another platform, contact that platform directly.

What OnlyFindX displays
- Creator usernames and profile links
- Publicly available profile photos and bios
- Publicly listed category and pricing information
- Links to official creator profiles on third-party platforms

What a valid notice must include
Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. Section 512), a takedown notice must include each of the following. Our form captures them in order.
- Identify your work
A clear description of the copyrighted material you own, such as specific photos, videos, or written work.
- Pinpoint the infringement
The exact URLs on OnlyFindX where the allegedly infringing material appears, one per line.
- Contact details
Your full legal name, email, physical address, and telephone number for follow-up.
- Good-faith statement
A statement that you believe in good faith the disputed use is not authorized.
- Accuracy attestation
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
- Electronic signature
Your legal signature. Typing your full name is sufficient for electronic submissions.
Section 512(f) warning. Anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under the DMCA. Please make sure your claim is accurate before submitting.

Counter-notice procedure
If material you posted was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Email dmca@onlyfindx.com with:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email
- Identification of the removed material and the URL it appeared at
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where you reside, or any judicial district where OnlyFindX may be found if outside the U.S.
- Your physical or electronic signature
